We are proud to announce that the upcoming Satekles Business Center has successfully obtained both intended BREEAM Design stage certificates – one for the building that will accommodate SEB bank’s head office in Latvia and the other for the adjacent buildings located on Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša str. 4 and Dzirnavu str. 106 land plots, which are open for hosting new tenants. Both certificates have reached the level  “Outstanding”. There’s no other building in Latvia with such a BREEAM score so far.
