The leading real estate developer in the Baltics, Linstow Baltic, has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Art Academy of Latvia (LMA) to establish the Linstow Art Award, a targeted support program for the professional development of LMA master’s program graduates.
Currently, in terms of public awareness, Origo ranks first among the shopping centres in Central Riga, according to data from a recent survey conducted by the Kantar research company. Both Origo’s convenient location and targeted and smart tenant policy, catering to the needs of different customer segments, have now resulted in a significant rise in visitors and net turnover compared to the same period last year.
