Today, 10 September, international premium coffee brand L’Amante Premium Coffee opened its first concept café outside Austria at the SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS A-class office complex, further enhancing the diverse range of services available within Riga Central Business District. The café is located on the ground floor of the business complex at 1C Satekles Street and is open to visitors from 7.00 to 20.00 on weekdays and from 9.00 to 20.00 on weekends.

The “L’Amante Premium Coffee” café will offer premium-quality coffee, complemented by a wide selection of sweet and savoury snacks, as well as soups and light lunch options that can be enjoyed either on the go or on-site. In addition, the café will offer “L’Amante Premium Coffee” coffee beans and capsules for purchase, for use at home or in the office.

The café’s spacious 132 m² premises were designed by the architectural firm “Barbara Bula Architects”. The bright spaces with large windows overlooking the dynamic city centre will be complemented by modern design, creating an environment suited both for work and for informal meetings.

“L’Amante Premium Coffee” has had a representation in Latvia since 2019. The opening of the café in SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS is the first step in the company’s plans to develop a café network over the coming years in all European countries where the brand’s representative offices operate.

Opened in 2025, the 12,000 m² SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS is a premium Class A office complex located in the Riga Central Business District, adjacent to Riga Central Station and the future Rail Baltica infrastructure. The project has achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certification with the highest BREEAM score ever awarded in the Baltics and has been recognised as one of Latvia’s most prominent new office developments. Its strategic location is complemented by direct access to public transport, the Origo shopping centre and Riga’s historic city centre.
