SATEKLES BUSINESS CENTRE 2 is envisioned as a natural continuation of the SATEKLES BUSINESS CENTRE project, which was completed in 2025. It will be located in Riga’s Central Business District, directly across Dzirnavu Street, which separates it from the existing SATEKLES BUSINESS CENTRE.

The plan is to develop the site as a multifunctional business quarter, primarily consisting of office space and complementary retail, while also not excluding the potential for hotel and residential functions. The development concept is planned to be prepared over the next two years. Subject to market demand, construction of Phase I could begin as early as 2028, with completion envisaged in 2030.

At present, most of the site is used as a high-quality landscaped outdoor parking facility (operator: SIA “Snabb”), with a total capacity of 137 parking spaces.
