“SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” wins the 1st place at the “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025” competition
The Class A office complex “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS,” developed by the leading Baltic real estate developer “Linstow Baltic,” has been awarded 1st place in the “New Public Building” category at the “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025,” demonstrating the project’s excellence – architectural, functional and construction quality. “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is one of the most modern and sustainable office complexes in central Riga, significantly contributing to the development of the “Riga Central Business District” and strengthening the capital’s competitiveness on a regional scale.

“SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is a modern, energy-efficient and sustainable Class A office complex developed by “Linstow Baltic” as part of the “Riga Central Business District” development initiative. The project aims to create a high-quality, competitive business environment in the heart of Riga, combining advanced architecture, energy efficiency, technology, and modern design. It is situated within the block bordered by Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Dzirnavu and Satekles streets, seamlessly integrating into the central hub around Riga Central Railway Station, the “Origo One” business centre and the “Origo” shopping centre. Strategically located next to the city’s main public transport hub and the future Rail Baltica station, the complex offers excellent connectivity both locally and internationally.
“SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” has been developed in line with the highest architectural, quality, and sustainability standards, creating a modern and user-friendly working environment. The project’s compliance with the highest international quality and sustainability standards is further evidenced by the highest BREEAM building sustainability certification rating ever achieved in the Baltics, positioning it as one of the most sustainable office compounds in the region.
“SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” has received top recognition in leading Latvian construction and real estate industry competitions. The project was honoured as “Project of the Year” at the prestigious BREL Forum Awards 2025, winning both the jury and public vote, and also claimed first place in two categories – “BIM Project” and “BIM Construction Site” – at the “Digital Construction Excellence Award 2025”. These awards underline the complex’s exceptional quality, sustainable approach, high level of innovation, and strategic importance within Latvia’s real estate market. The project developer, “Linstow Baltic”, was honoured with the “Riga City Entrepreneur of the Year 2025” in the Real Estate Sector award, recognising the company’s significant contribution to the development of Riga’s city centre, including the formation of the “Riga Central Business District”, strengthening the city’s competitiveness, and fostering a sustainable urban environment.
Opened in 2025, the Class A office complex “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS”was developed and is managed by “Linstow Baltic”, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics. Architectural design and author supervision were carried out by the joint venture “SN&L” (“Sarma & Norde Architects” and “Lauder Architects”). Construction began in March 2023 and was completed in June 2025. The general contractor was SIA “Bukoteks”, with construction supervision with BIM coordination provided by SIA “Forma 2” on behalf of “Linstow Baltic”. BREEAM certification was led by specialists from the Lithuanian UAB “SEES Group”.
A total of 130 projects were submitted to the “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025,” highlighting the strong momentum of the construction sector and the diversity of economic activity across Latvia’s cities and regions. The projects were assessed across 10 categories, ensuring fair competition among developments of comparable typology and function, and enabling a rigorous evaluation of quality, sustainability, and innovation.
The awards have been organised for over 12 years by the Building Design and Construction Council in collaboration with key industry stakeholders, including the State Construction Control Bureau, the “Green Homes” association, and the National Heritage Board.
