The Class A office complex SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS, developed by Linstow Baltic, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics, has won two top-level awards – 1st place in the “BIM Project” category and 1st place in the “BIM Construction object” category at the “Digital Construction Excellence Award 2025” competition. This recognition highlights the project’s outstanding quality, sustainable approach and high level of innovation, further strengthening Linstow Baltic’s position as one of the most forward-thinking real estate developers in the region. SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRShas been developed in line with the highest architectural, quality and sustainability standards, creating a modern and user-friendly environment for employees and visitors. Demonstrating its conformity to top-level quality and sustainability criteria, the building received international recognition under the BREEAM certification system for the design stage, achieving what was at the time the only rating of such a high level – “Outstanding” – in Latvia. The same certification level is planned to be obtained after the completion of the “post-construction” phase in the near future.

SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS has received top recognition in leading Latvian construction and real estate industry competitions. At the Baltic real estate sector’s most significant annual forum, the “BREL Forum Awards 2025”, the project was named “Project of the Year”, winning both the jury vote and the public vote. This achievement underscores the project’s strategic importance and high quality within the Latvian real estate market. The project’s developer, Linstow Baltic, has also received the Riga City Council’s  “Riga Business Award” nomination “Riga’s Enterprise of the Year in the Real Estate Sector”, highlighting the company’s substantial contribution to the development of Riga’s city centre, including the creation of the “Riga Central Business District”, as well as to strengthening the city’s competitiveness and shaping a sustainable urban environment.

The Class A office complex SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRShas been developed by Linstow Baltic, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics. The architectural design and author supervision were carried out by the joint venture SN&L (Sarma & Norde Architects and Lauder Architects). Construction began in March 2023, and the building was completed in June 2025. The general contractor for the project was SIA Bukoteks, and construction supervision together with BIM coordination on behalf of “Linstow Baltic” was provided by SIA Forma 2 engineering consultancy team. The “Digital Construction Excellence Award” competition is organised by the State Real Estate (VNĪ), Riga Technical University (RTU) and Latvian Standard (LVS). Its aim is to highlight the most effective BIM (Building Information Modelling) solutions and digital innovations, while promoting knowledge exchange between the public and private sectors. Project entries were evaluated by a jury of industry experts from the Latvian Association of Architects, the Latvian Construction Contractors Association, the Real Estate Developers Alliance, the State Construction Control Bureau, and other professional organisations.
