The A-class office complex “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS”, developed by leading Baltic real estate company “Linstow Baltic”, has been recognized as the “Project of the Year” at the BREL Forum Awards 2025. The project won both the jury’s vote and the public vote, underscoring its significance and exceptional quality within Latvia’s real estate market.

“SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is a modern and sustainable Class A office complex developed by Linstow Baltic as part of the company’s strategic vision for the development of the “Riga Central Business District”. The project aims to create a modern, high-quality and competitive business environment in the heart of the capital, combining the highest standards of quality, energy efficiency and design. Strategically located next to the city’s main multimodal public transport hub and the future Rail Baltica station, it ensures excellent connectivity on both local and international levels.

The anchor tenant of “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is “SEB Bank”. The relocation of the bank’s main office to “Riga Central Business District” marks a significant milestone in the area’s development, reinforcing its role as a sustainable and competitive business hub in the Baltics. This long-term partnership with a leading financial institution further increases the district’s attractiveness and competitiveness, strengthening Riga’s position as a key centre of regional economic activity.

The BREL Forum is the most important gathering for real estate leaders in the Baltics. Since 2010, it has brought together developers, investors, builders and other industry professionals. This year marks the fourth edition of the BREL Forum Awards, recognizing outstanding real estate projects across the Baltic region. Two awards are presented in each category – one determined by public online voting and the other by industry leaders and a professional jury.

“We are truly honoured to receive this recognition, which highlights the value and ambition behind “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS”. This project is not only a prime example of sustainable development – already acknowledged with a BREEAM certification during its construction – but also a cornerstone in the growth of the “Riga Central Business District”. Its strategic location continues to attract leading businesses and strengthen Riga’s position as a dynamic business hub in the Baltics. This achievement is the result of a shared vision and close collaboration, and I want to sincerely thank our entire team and partners for their contribution to making this project a success,” says Frode Gronvold, Chairman of the Board of “Linstow Baltic”.

“SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” is located within the block bordered by Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Dzirnavu and Satekles Streets, integrating seamlessly into the vibrant environment of Riga Central Railway Station, the “Origo One” business centre and the “Origo” shopping centre.

The development of “SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS” meets the highest standards of architecture, quality, and sustainability, offering a modern, user-friendly environment for both employees and visitors. Demonstrating its compliance with top-tier quality benchmarks and outstanding sustainability solutions, the project has received international recognition under the BREEAM building certification system for its design stage – achieving the only “Outstanding” rating of its kind in Latvia at the time. The same high-level certification is targeted upon the building’s completion.
