It consists of three interconnected buildings, including the integration of one wooden building that is part of the city’s cultural-historical heritage. The Class A office complex SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS is being developed by one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics – Linstow Baltic. The architectural design and author supervision were carried out by the general partnership SN&L (Sarma & Norde Arhitekti and Lauder Architects), based on the site’s specific context and in accordance with the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability. The project has been envisioned as a modern and sustainable business environment with a high-quality public space integrated into the urban landscape. Construction began in 2023 and is being implemented by Bukoteks Ltd., with technical supervision provided by the engineering consultancy team at Forma 2 Ltd. Legal support and advisory services are ensured by Sorainen ZAB Ltd., while the BREEAM certification process and management were overseen by certified specialists from the Lithuanian audit firm SEES Group UAB, ensuring compliance with international sustainability standards at every stage of the project.
