“Linstow Baltic” receives the Riga Business Award “Riga’s Enterprise of the Year in the Real Estate Sector”

The leading real estate developer in the Baltic region, Linstow Baltic, has been awarded the Riga Business Award as “Riga’s Enterprise of the Year in the Real Estate Sector”. The award recognises the company’s strategically significant contribution to the development of Riga’s city centre, the strengthening of the city’s competitiveness, and the creation of a sustainable urban environment.

Upon receiving the award, “Riga’s Enterprise of the Year in the Real Estate Sector”, Linstow Baltic’s Chairman of the Board, Frode Gronvold, emphasised the company’s long-standing commitment to advancing urban development: “We are truly honoured to receive this recognition from the Riga City Council. The jury evaluates companies based on growth indicators, job creation, investments, sustainability initiatives, innovation, and employee well-being.
