Linstow has an active ownership role in several major development projects within many different property segments. Among these are offices, health properties, shopping centers, hotels, leisure and parking properties. In the Baltics, Linstow is a major player in the shopping centers, offices and hotel market. Linstow Baltics mother company Linstow AS, is wholly owned by the Norwegian Awilhelmsen AS.. Awilhelmsen AS is a family owned investment company, where Linstow AS is one of several business areas. Assets in the Baltic are managed by Linstow Baltic (previously Linstow Center Management). Linstow is a growing company and sees significant business opportunities in today’s market and in the longer term. The company is in the initial phase of several interesting projects.

Shopping centers

Linstow Baltic has been a leading developer and operator of shopping centers in the Baltics for more than 20 years, primarily in Riga. Shopping Centers developed by Linstow Baltic were Origo,Galerija Centrs ,Alfa, Mols and Dole in Riga. Some which has been sold later. Linstow has developed the largest shopping and entertainment center in Estonia, Ulemiste.
Linstow Baltic during the last five years expanded Ülemiste Shopping Centre up to a total of 125.000 m2. It is the first BREEAM sertified shopping centre in the Baltics.
Linstow Baltic has completed construction of Origo Shopping Centre as well as reconstruction of the existing “A” building of Origo. Within the framework of this project Origo has received a substantial increase in commercial area, improved aesthetic quality and convenience for its clients. Additionally, Origo One Business Centre has been constructed with A-class offices. Both the shopping centre and the office centre received BREEAM certificates with an “excellent” rating already in the design stage in 2019. The total area of this mixed use property amount to 75.000 m2.

Office buildings

Linstow Baltic has developed and currently operates the Origo One Business Center.
The business center offers a total of 11,500 m² of A-class office space. The offices are designed according to the individual needs of the tenants and is easily accessible by public transport or by car. It offers a spacious underground car park, electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle parking racks. The building is energy-efficient and scores high on sustainability criterias in line with the BREEAM certification principles. The office centre received BREEAM certificate with an “excellent” rating already in the design stage in 2019.

Hotels

Linstow started its activities within the Baltic hotel industry in 1997, when the former Intourist hotels, Hotel Latvija in Riga and Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius were acquired. In 2000, Reval Hotelli Group was acquired, including Hotel Olympia in Tallinn. The business gradually expanded with new hotels. Linstow currently owns seven hotels in the three Baltic capitals and in Kaunas in Lithuania.
Linstow focuses on development of attractive centrally located conference hotels. Until the management agreement with Rezidor was signed in 2010, all the hotels were run by Linstows own subsidiary; Reval, which at the time was the leading hotel operator in the Baltic region.
In 2010 Linstow signed a long term management agreement with Rezidor Hotel Group regarding the operations of the company’s hotels in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Russia. The hotels were rebranded to Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson.
